Compliance & Alignment: Doors installed, leveled, and aligned according to approved drawings and specs. Functionality: Smooth operation of door leaf and all hardware (hinges, locks, closers, handles). Condition & Safety: Surface free of damage/defects; fire-rating labels verified where required. Handover & Keys: All keys tested and handed over; snag list completed or documented. Sign-off: Final inspection accepted by client; responsibility for protection and maintenance transfers to client upon signature.
